Setting your targets
Goals, goals, goals. People always talk about ‘goals’. Well I prefer the term ‘targets’, it’s more realistic and appears more achievable. There is a reason for this though and it’s a good one. By setting yourself targets, you are giving your mind something to focus on. By doing this, you are telling yourself you are wanting to achieve something. This will mean you will start acting in a way to help you achieve this goal and therefore achieve what you want to (if you are disciplined with yourself along the way). One thing – rather than setting one big massive target, try and set-up smaller targets which you aim to achieve and tick-off every single day. This will then help you to achieve your big target, whatever that may be.
